摘　　要 从2000年开始，海南率先在全国开展以“发展生态经济、建设生态环境、培育生态文化”为主要内容的文明生态村创建活动。自创建以来，农村面貌焕然一新，不仅居住环境变好了，村民们的收入也有了大幅度的增长。十几年来，海南的文明生态村创建活动规模越来越大，成效也越来越显著。面对国际旅游岛的发展新形势，海南正迎来发展的新机遇，而文明生态村的建设发展无疑将为海南经济建设起到“保驾护航”的作用。目前，关于文明生态村的研究还处于初级阶段，主要是围绕文明生态村可持续发展的问题进行讨论，本文选题的意义就是在前人研究的基础上，扩大研究范围，探讨文明生态村所产生的经济效应，分析文明生态村的发展模式能为海南经济建设带来怎样的推动作用。 本文主要分为五部分，第一部分主要阐述了文明生态村的产生、发展过程；第二部分描述了海南文明生态村的建设成效，主要包括卫生环境、农民收入等方面；第三部分则从旅游收入、国际论坛、生态农业、特色产业、投入力度等角度，着重介绍了文明生态村建设对海南经济的影响；第四部分列举了文明生态村建设中仍然存在的问题，最后则是依据这些问题提出了一些建议，如抓好卫生工作、提高村民文化素质、充分利用活动设施、提高宣传力度等。 关键词：海南文明生态村；；Abstract Starting in 2000, Hainan took the lead in the country to carry out the development of ecological economy, construction of ecological environment, ecological culture as the main content of building civilized ecological village.
