内容摘要 改革开放以来，温州民营经济获得了快速的发展，随着民营经济的快速发展，温州的民间借贷市场也逐渐发展起来，规模日益扩大，并成为温州乃至周边地区企业融资的重要来源。温州民间借贷市场的快速发展，其主要的基础条件在于温州地区发达的民营经济与民营资本力量，加上高效的借贷体系运作，使得民间借贷市场迅速发展起来。然而，受到借贷成本过高、宏观经济环境出现变化、市场体系建设不完善、企业与投资者投资能力不强等方面原因的影响，2011年温州民间借贷市场爆发了严重信贷危机，民营企业家陷入债务困境，银行不良贷款率飙升。加强民间借贷市场的规范性建设，成为了促进温州民间借贷市场健康发展的关键。为此，本文将从温州民间借贷市场的发展现状为切入点，通过对温州民间借贷市场发展特点以及条件的研究，对温州民间借贷市场发展中存在的问题进行深入分析，指出温州民间借贷市场中存在的问题加重了企业的负担，破坏了金融市场的正常发展，扰乱了市场秩序，为此，我们需要通过通过加强民间借贷立法，完善市场检测体系建设，加强金融创新，完善金融服务体,构建民间借贷风险预警机制等方面的措施，来促进民间借贷市场的健康发展。 关键词：民间借贷；信贷风险；金融监管 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Wenzhou private economy has gained rapid development, with the rapid development of private economy, Wenzhou folk lending market has gradually developed, the increasing size, and become an important source of enterprises in Wenzhou and the surrounding area financing.
