内 容 摘 要当前，我国正处于快速城市化进程中。城市化进程必然伴随着农村人口迁移问题和农村发展问题的产生，党中央针对此问题提出了统筹城乡发展，促进农村经济社会合理科学发展的方针。本文从农村公共产品供给模式的角度，分析了历史上和当前我国农村公共产品供给中存在的问题；同时，通过对公私合营模式与其他几种传统公共产品供给模式的比较，总结公私合营模式从理论和实践中体现出的模式优势；第三，结合北京周边地区农村公共产品供给情况，尤其是昌平区案例，分析公共产品供给公私合营模式的优势；最后，结合我国供给模式现存问题和城乡一体化进程的要求，谈谈我国城乡一体化进程中公私合营模式应用的优势和作用。关键词：公共产品供给模式 公私合营供给模式 城乡一体化 北京农村建设ABSTRACTNowadays, China is in the process of rapid urbanization. Accompanied by urbanization ,there must exist generate rural migration issues and rural development issues, the Committee put forward a policy to balance the development of urban and rural area, and try to promote the development of the rural economy and society scientifically and rationally.
