摘要 本文从货币资金的概述入手，阐述了货币资金管理在企业中的重要性和必要性。通过对国内、国外货币资金管理理论发展的研究有关货币资金管理的理论研究，大连友谊公司货币资金的管理现状，分析了我国企业货币资金管理的现状，了企业货币资金管理中存在的问题，并相关管理规范提出了解决方法。 关键词: 货币资金；内部控制；预算管理 Abstract Monetary fund mainly include cash, bank deposits and other monetary funds.
