摘要 自改革开放以来，我国经济发展迅速，中小企业在这一进程中做出了突出的贡献，中小企业已经成为我国社会主义市场经济不可缺少的重要组成部分。由于中小型企业在发展上面临巨大的挑战，因此是各企业最头痛的问题。目前许多中小企业在上准备不足，导致其纷纷破产。所以，选择适当的方式能够使企业获得良好的发展机会。 在此背景下，本文通过对我国中小型企业的调查研究，综合分析其带来的影响，从而得出企业的资本结构、财务风险等经济指标，根据所得出的分析结果，提出企业在方式选择上的问题并判断其合理性。同时结合企业自身的发展优势，给出建议并采取措施，使企业能够快速健康的发展。 关键: 中小企业资 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas rapid economic development, SMEs have made outstanding contribution in the process, SMEs have become an important part of oursocialist market economy indispensable.
