Micro Program Overview (Proposal) Rationale The Micro age group is the girls and parents first experience within the Burnaby Girls Soccer Club (BGSC). The future of the club begins at this age group, both with the players and volunteers. For this reason, it is imperative that the club provides every resource to make this a positive first experience to ensure the future success of BGSC. The key perspectives – the development of players, the development of coaches, and the development of a club atmosphere – are necessary to guarantee the success of the season and the Club.
