摘 要 目前，企业资源计划（Enterprise Resources Planning，简称“ERP”）在多数行业中正得到广泛的推广与应用，作为国家重点支持发展的数控机床行业，虽然经营业绩不断攀升，但是企业的信息化建设却跟不上公司发展战略的需要，成为进一步发展的“瓶颈”所在，因此，研究与开发基于ERP的企业信息管理及决策系统尤为迫切。 论文以某数控设备有限公司ERP系统的设计及实现为研究命题，文章首先通过对现有数控机械设备企业的生产、物资、管理等状况的分析，提出相应存在的问题，使企业可以清楚了解问题出现的根源，相应决策人员可以以此作为企业改革的依据。接着从公司ERP系统管理现状、系统需求、系统项目岗位分工对公司ERP系统设计方案架构及岗位分工进行了探讨；其次，从公司ERP系统需求分析及总体设计、公司销售业务分析及流程设计、公司生产管理业务设计、公司采购业务设计、公司人力资源管理业务设计、公司财务管理设计、公司决策支持系统设计七个方面探讨了ERP系统设计。 最后将所提出的方案数控设备有限公司，ERP系统帮助企业在管理的科学性、有效性等方面得到全面提升，进一步增强企业的核心竞争力。 某数控设备有限公司；ERP；设计ABSTRACT Currently, enterprise resource planning (Enterprise Resources Planning, referred to as ERP) in the majority of the industry to get a wide range of promotion and application, as the national focus on supporting the development of CNC machine tool industry, although the results of operations is rising, but the enterprise information construction without on the needs of the companys development strategy, as the further development of the bottleneck where, therefore, the research and development of ERP-based enterprise information management and decision-making system is particularly urgent.
