A Research on the Resources Construction Strategy of Noncommissioned Officers Education in China
Abstract. The non-commissioned officers of Educational Information Resources is more prevalent that the standards are not unified, the goals are not clear, resources do not share, mainly the subjective understanding of the education objective laws are subject to the non-commissioned officers and information technology education, from the points of “leadership”, “Standard” and “target”, it can solve the these problems more effectively.

1 Introduction
The noncommissioned officers education is different from the officer’s education; vocational education is also different from the local institutions. It is the army NCO Academies at all levels, according to the needs of the specific types of training objectives (tenure positions), conducted a highly targeted professional and vocational education, and has a clear professional purpose and career directivity. The clear professional purpose and career point needs a very high demand for information resources. Currently, however, the non-commissioned officers of Education Information Resources status quo are not optimistic.
2 The Main Problems
Information resources are the basis of the information construction is the key and the most important information construction. But there are the following main issues with the Noncommissioned officer Education information resources construction.
2.1 The Standards Are Not Uniform
Education compared with officers, noncommissioned officer education more career point, and thus most of the required information resources professional, highly targeted, rather than universal type.
