瘦素与血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜病变中的表达和意义 　　【摘要】 目的：研究不同子宫内膜疾病中瘦素（LP）与血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）阳性表达率间的差异，分析两者阳性表达率的相关性并探讨两者在不同子宫内膜病变中的意义。方法：选取2006年 　　1月-2015年1月本院收治的78例子宫内膜病变患者作为研究对象，根据病理结果将其分为子宫内膜癌组48例和子宫内膜非典型增生组30例，另择同期因宫颈上皮内瘤变（Ⅱ～Ⅲ级）切除子宫的正常增殖期子宫内膜组织24例为对照组。根据LP、VEGF的染色程度和面积确定两者在子宫内膜组织中的表达情况，并分析两者在子宫内膜癌组中的相关性。结果：LP、VEGF在各组子宫内膜组织中均有表达，在子宫内膜癌组中强阳性表达例数最多，阳性率最高（P0.05）；LP与VEGF表达呈正相关（r=0.40，P0.05），LP在子宫内膜癌不同病理分级中的表达无差异，而VEGF则随着病理分级增高而表达增强。结论：子宫内膜癌的发生发展是多基因、多种外在因素共同作用的结果。LP、VEGF与子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程密切相关，有望成为肿瘤靶向治疗的新靶点，从而为子宫内膜癌的预防、治疗提供重要参考。 　　【关键词】 瘦素； 血管内皮生长因子； 子宫内膜病变； 表达； 意义 　　Expression and Significance of Leptin and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Endometrial Lesions/WU Xiao-rong，MO Yu.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（27）：024-027 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the difference of the positive expression rates of leptin（LP） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in different endometrial diseases，analyze the correlation in the positive expression rate and explore the significance in different endometrial lesions of two groups.Method：From January 2006 to January 2015，78 cases of endometrial lesions in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the endometrial cancer group of 48 cases and the endometrial atypical hyperplasia group of 30 cases according to the pathological results，another 24 cases of normal proliferative phase of the uterus with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ） were selected as the control group.Expression of the two group in endometrial tissue was determined according to the staining degree and area of LP and VEGF，and analyzed the correlation of this two index in endometrial cancer group.Result：LP and VEGF expressed in the endometrial tissues of each group，strong positive expression and the highest positive rate was the most（P0.05）.LP expression was positively correlated with VEGF（r=0.40，P0.05），there was no difference in the expression of LP in different pathological grades of endometrial cancer group and the expressi
