肠内外营养支持治疗在ICU机械通气患者应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨ICU机械通气患者实施肠内外营养支持治疗的临床效果。方法 随机选取该院2014年6月―2015年12月期间收治的ICU机械通气患者70例，根据营养支持方式的不同分为两组，其中35例患者实施肠内营养支持治疗作为A组，另35例患者实施肠外营养支持治疗作为B组，观察两组患者营养支持后的临床效果情况。结果 两组患者营养支持后，A组（肠内营养支持）各指标水平变化较显著，B组（肠外营养支持）中血红蛋白和血清白蛋白水平略高于营养支持前，但差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；而观察组患者的血清白蛋白水平变化（42.8±3.9）g/L与对照组的（34.9±3.3）g/L相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 肠内外营养支持治疗ICU机械通气患者，有效的满足了患者维持生命体征热量需求，保证了患者的生命安全，意义重大，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] ICU机械通气；肠内营养支持；肠外营养支持；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R459 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）05（c）-0027-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of enteral and parenteral nutritional support in treatment of patients with ICU mechanical ventilation. Methods 70 cases of patients with ICU mechanical ventilation admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each according to the different nutritional support methods， the group A were treated with enteral nutrition support， the group B were treated with parenteral nutrition support， and the clinical effect of the two groups after the nutritional support was observed. Results After the nutritional support， the changes of various index levels in the group A were obvious， and the hematocrystallin and serum albumin levels in the group B were a little higher than those before the nutritional support， but the difference had no statistical significance（P0.05）， and the difference in the change of serum albumin level between the observation group and the control group by comparison had statistical significance， [（42.8±3.9） vs （34.9±3.3）]，（P0.05）. Conclusion Parenteral nutrition support in treatment of patients with ICU mechanical ventilation can effectively meet the needs of vital sign sustaining of patients and ensure the life safety of patients， and the significance is great， which is worth clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] ICU mechanical ventilation； Enteral nutrition support； Parenteral nutrition support； Clinical effect
