Schneid]茎中分离得到 10 种化合物 利用波谱学方法分 别鉴定为 (6’-O-palmitoyl)-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside ﹑isotachioside ﹑hexaacetate of (-)-lyoniresinol-3α-L-rhamnopyranoside a ﹑koaburaside ﹑2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D- glucopyranoside ﹑3-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-1-(3’,5’-dimethoxy-4’-hydroxyphenyl)-1-propanone ﹑ di-O-methylcrenatin ﹑L-threo-guaiacylglycerol 8-O-β-glucopyranoside ﹑苦杏仁甙 ﹑ D-threo-guaiacylglycerol 8-O-β-glucopyranoside 以上十个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到 [关键词] 蔷薇科 石楠属 小叶石楠 化学成分 Glycosides from the Stems of Photinia parvifolia LI Yuan, ZHANG Dong-ming, YU Shi-shan (Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Peking Union Medical College, Beijing 100050, China) [Abstract] Ten compounds were isolated from the stems of Photinia parvifolia (Pritz.) Schneid.(Rosaceae). On the basis of spectral methods, they were identified as (6’-O-palmitoyl)-sitosterol-3- O-β-D-glucoside isotachioside hexaacetate of (-)-lyoniresinol-3α-L-rhamnopyranoside a koaburaside 2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl) -1-(3’,5’-dimethoxy-4’-hydroxyphenyl)-1-propanone di-O-methylcrenatin , L-threo-guaiacylglycerol 8-O-β-glucopyranoside , amygdalin , D-threo-guaiacylglycerol 8-O-β-glucopyranoside .
