里堕堕墨竺塑 笙 鲞蔓 !塑 型 _翻 】【j眍 影响TSGF参考值范围的因素 昊小帆 肇庆市中医院检验科 广东肇庆 526020 摘要 目的探讨影响TSGF参考值范围的因素。方法采用TSGF快速诊断试剂盒，对1 886例普通体检者和5 3例常见患者进行 筛查。常见疾病患者为一组，体检者按性别分为3个年龄段小组(20～40岁组、41～60岁组、≥61岁组)。结果 同性别的不 同年龄段纽之间存在差异，以2O～4O岁纽与≥61岁组的比较具有显著差异(男性Q值=4．56，女性Q值=1 1．65 o同年龄段组 不同性别之间也有差异，20～40岁组(男：女)u值=3．353(P0．01)，≥61岁组(女：男)u值=3．246(P0．01)。不分性 别的不同年龄段组之间存在明显差异，20～40岁组与41～60岁组之间有明显差异(Q值=3．46)，41—60岁组与≥61岁组之间 的差异较前组明显(Q值-7．57)，20～40岁组与≥61岁组之间差异最显著(Q值=1 0．70)。常见疾病组阳性检出率为26．42％，体 检组阳性率为5．09％，两组之间有显著性差异(P0．05)。讨论 在普通体检者中，年龄的增长，导致个体差异的加大是直接 影响TSGF值的参考范围大小的主要因素，性别之间也存在一定的差异，多种常见疾病可一过性增高，对大于64U／ml者仍需追 踪检测。 关键词 TSGF 参考值 因素 筛查 The factors that affected the reference va I ue of tumor spec i f i c gr owth facto r(TSGF) wu XiaoFan． Department of cl inical Laboratory，The Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zhao qing City Guangdong province Zhao qing 526020 Abstract Objective To inquire into the factors that affected the reference value of tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)．Method The fast diagnostic kits of TSGF were used to screen in 1886 persons during a routine physical examination and 53 common patients．The common patients were as a group and the people during a routine physical examination were divided into three age groups：the first group was the people of 20~40 years old，the second group was the people of 41～60 years old and the third group was the people of 61 or over 61 years old． Results There was difference between the same sex and different age groups．There was significant difference between the first and third groups．The value of q of the male persons was 4．56 and the female persons was I I． 65．There was also difference between different sexes in the s!ne age groups，and there was significant difference between the male and female persons in the first group and the value of u was 3．353( 0．01)．S0 was there in the third group and the value of u was 3．246( 0．01)．There was significant difference
