2008年 1月 第 2O卷 第 1期 首 都 体 育 学 院 学 报 Journal of Capital Institute of Physical Education January．2008 Vo1．2O No．1 ● 特 约 稿 我国优秀运动员文化教育缺失的分析与思考 Analysis and Reflections on the Absence of Cultural Education for Some Elite Sportsmen in China 王凯珍 ，潘志琛 ，王华倬。，刘海元 W ANG Kai—zhen ，PAN Zhi—chen ，W ANG Hua—zhuo。，LIU Hal—yuan 摘 要 ：优秀运动员的文化教育缺失，违背了现代社会对人 的全面发展的要 求，给社会 就业带来了压力，限制 了运动员智慧的挖掘，影响了我国竞技体育的可持续发展。不尽 完善的运动训练体制是优秀运动员文化教育缺失的土壤，计划经济体制下退役运动员 的就业模式使优秀运动员文化教育缺乏动力，计划经济体制下体育和教育行政部门“条 块分割”的管理体制和两者的 目标冲突是运动员文化教育缺失的制度原因。 关键词 ：优秀运动员；文化教育；缺失 中图分类号：G8o一05 文章编号：1009-783X(2008)01-0001-04 文献标识码：A Abstract：The absence of cultural education for elite sportsmen，which brings about pres- sure for further social employment，prevents the intelectual development for the sports- men and affects the sustainable growth of athletic sports in China ，is obviously contrary to the modern world’s requirement of an al-round development for a person．The incom- plete sports training system should be the reason for the absence of cultural education on the sportsmen．The employment model for retired sportsmen under the country’s previ— ous planned economic system made the top-level sportsmen lack of impetus for cultural education．Therefore。the institutiona l reasons for this absence are the“separated” and “isolated”administrative system between the sports department and the educational de- partment under the planned economic system and the conflict of objectives between the two departments． Key words：Elite sportsmen；Cultural education；Absence 我国在 2O世纪 5O～6O年代末形成了具有中国特色的 竞技体育运动训练体系，后人称之为“举 国体制”。5O多年来 我国竞技体育取得了辉煌的成就，这些成就为我国综合国力 和国际地位与形象的提升、民族精神的振奋 、社会精神文化 生活的丰富、国民经济的增长均都起到了不可估量的作用。 但竞技体育优秀运动员文化教育问题却一直是长期伴随竞 技体育发展的顽疾，难以根治 。目前我国优秀运动员综合文 化素质偏低 ，文化教育缺失 ，难以适应社会发展的要求，同时 在相当程度上也影响了我国竞技体育的可持续发展。 本研究主要运用文献研究、实地调查 、问卷调查、分析综 合、归纳演绎、数理统计等研究方法，从以下 3个方面人手， (1)在调查我国竞技体育优秀运动员文化教育工作现状的基 础上，分析优秀运动员文化教育缺失造成的后果 。(2)分析 我国竞技体育优秀运动员文化教育缺失的深层原因。(3)构 建优秀运动员文化教育新体系。对竞技体育系统中运动员 接受文化教育这一“历史性”的难题进行系统、全面性 的研 究。旨在为解决我国竞技体育优秀运动员文化教育缺失问 题提供理
