2007年 11月 第 28卷 第 6期(总第 169期) 体育与科学 Journal of Sports and Science NOV．2007 Vo1．28 No．6(Total No．169) 我国非物质文化遗产之传统体育文化的保护与传承 The Protection and Inheritance of Chinese Traditional Sports Culture — — A Part of No ． n- materialic Cultural Heritage 刘 晖 LIU Huil 摘要：本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，对体育类非物质文化遗产的保护和传承问题进行研 究。研究表明保护体育类非物质文化遗产，对于实现社会的可持续发展，以及 中华民族的伟大 复兴等都有积极意义。为了更好的实现非物质文化遗产的保护和传承工作，我们必须做好加强 对文化遗产的整体保护；做好非物质文化遗产的文化传承；加强国民教育，提高公民的文化保护 意识等等方面的工作。 关键词：非物质文化遗产；传统体育文化；保护；传承 中图分类号：G80 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1O04—4590(2007)06-0021-03 Abstract~This paper tries to explore Chinese non— materialistic cultural heritage。especially the protection and inheritance of the non-materialistic culture in sports by using the methods of data analysis and logical analysis．It shows the protection of sports culture is meaningful and helpful for the realization of tile socia1 sustainable development and the great renaissance of the Chines nation．Moreover，its protection and inheritance can be carried out as folows：strengthening the comprehensive protection of cultural heritage；developing the cultural inheritance of non— materi— alistic cultural heritage；enhancing the education of the Chinese citizens to improve their con— sciousness of cultural protection． Key words：non-materialistic cultural heritage；traditonal sports culture；protection；inheritance 1 前言 作为有着五千年历史的文明古 国，中国的文化遗产资源异 常丰富。幅员辽阔的国土上不仅遗存着许许多多有形的物质 文化遗产，同时还拥有大量无形的非物质文化遗产。但是 ，随 着全球化和现代化进程加快，人们的生活方式受到了前所未有 的冲击，蕴涵民族精神家园的非物质文化遗产 已经消亡或正在 从现代人的生活中消失。如何保持和弘扬独立的民族精神 ，保 护和发展非物质文化遗产已成为必然的文化诉求。 2 非物质文化遗产中的我国传统体育文化 联合国教科文组织经过不断探索，于 2003年颁布了《保护 非物质文化遗产公约》。其 中对非物质文化遗产作了界定：非 物质文化遗产是指被各群体 、团体、有时为个人视为其文化遗 产的各种实践、表演、表现形式、知识和技能及其有关的工具、 实物、工艺品和文化场所[1]。非物质文化遗产包括以下方面： 口头传说和表述；表演艺术；社会风俗、礼仪、节庆；有关 自然界 和宇宙的知识和实践以及传统的手工艺技能。这其中就包括 了众多的传统体育文化遗产。 在现代化和全球化的背景下，我国政府也开始对文化遗产 的整理和保护。在 2005年 12月，国务院办公厅印发了《关于加 强我国非物质文化遗产保护工作的意见》，明确了非物质文化 遗产保护的目标、指导方针和基本原则 。2005年 12月，国务院 下发了《关于加强文化遗产保护工作的通知》，要求进一步加强 文化遗产的保护，决定从 2006年起，每年 6月的第 2个星期六 为我国的“文化遗产 日”。2006年 5月，国务院发布了第一批 国 家级非物质文化遗产
