文章编号：1002—9826(2010)04—0056—04 中国体育科技 2010年(第 46卷)第 4期 CHⅡ、JA IRT SCⅢN(：E AND TECHN0 )GY Vo1．46，No．4，56—59，2010． 中国足球体制整合调适的必要性与可行性思考 — — 基于社会学文化视角 Consideration on the Necessity and Feasibility of Football System Integration and Adj ustment in China from the Post Olympic Era — — Based on the View of Sociological Culture 刘桦楠 I IU Hua—nan 摘 要 ：北京奥运过后 ，中国竞技体育举国体制所获得的巨大成功和中国足球职业化的惨淡 现状形成鲜明对比，也使得中国足球体制改革在北京奥运后 纠结于举 国体制和职业化发展 两种体制之中。利用社会学理论 中的文化模式、文化集丛、文化元素这些概念来思考中国足 球在后奥运时期深化体制改革道路上的犹豫 ，通过社会 学文化视 角来思考整合调适举 国体 制和职业化 两种体制文化元素的必要性 、可行性 ，为建立具有 中国特 色的足球体制文化元素 寻找理论 支撑 。 关键词：中国；足球 ；体制；整合 ；调适；社会 学；文化元素 Abstract：After the 2008 Bering Olympic Games，the roaring success of the whole nation sys— tem of Chinese competitive sports contrasts sharply with the gloomy situation of Chinese foot— bal professionalism，and this also leads the Chinese footbal1 system refotin trapped in a dilem— ma of“being whole nation system”and“professionalism”．Utilizing the cultural modal，cultur— al complex and cultural elements concepts in sociological theory，this paper thinks about the hesitations on the reformatory process of purifying the system from the post—Olympic era， makes consideration on the necessity and feasibility of integrating and adjusting the cultural ele— ments of the two systems“the whole nation’and“professionalism’in the view of sociological culture，and seeks a theoretical support for establishing the cultural elements of football system with Chinese characteristics． Key words：system；integration；n ustment；sociology；cultural element 中图分类号：G843 文献标识码 ：A 1 研究背景 2008年北京奥运会是中国竞技体育发展史上的一个 颠峰，赛事的成功举办以及中国体育代表团取得 的辉煌成 绩举世瞩目。国家体育总局刘鹏局 长将北京奥运会的辉 煌成就归功于充分发挥了巾国举国体制的优势和潜能。 但中国体育代表团辉煌的金牌榜无法掩盖 中国足球 的尴尬现状。由于足球是中国第一个进行职业化改革 、最 早推 向市场的运动项 目，所以，中国足球的惨败 自然而然 被业界归咎于职业化体制改革：职业化道路不但没走通 ， 反而把举 国体制优势丢失得一十二净 !尤其是在北京奥 运会后掀起的足坛抓赌和扫黑风暴，似乎更有理由让国人 相信足球职业化体制改革和职业联赛是中国足球的罪魁 祸首，更有较为激进的观点建议中国职业足球重凹举国体 静I。 2 研 究依 据 为了深入思考中国足球的体制改革走向，我们不能狭 隘地、就事论事地谈体制改革，本研究就是在思维上转换 56 出“足球”、“体制”这些视角，在其他学科领域内为其 寻找 一 个理论上的支撑和依据，它就是
