中国脊柱脊髓杂志 2005年第 15卷第 2期 Chinese Journal ofSpine and Spinal Cord，2005，Vol，15，No·2 69 颈椎前路减压植骨融合不同术式长期随访结果比较 邹德威，谭 荣，马华松，周雪峰，邵水霖，海 涌，白克文，陈晓明，陈志明 (解放军 306医院 全军脊柱外科中心 100101北京市) 【摘要】目的：了解颈椎前路减压植骨融合不同术式的远期疗效，探讨影响颈椎前路手术疗效的技术因素。方 法：1985年 8月 1992年 l2月，共收治各类颈椎疾病患者 856例，其中行颈椎前路减压植骨融合 632例。单节 段椎间隙减压植骨融合 176例 ，多节段 6l例；单椎体切除两间隙减压植骨加钢板内固定 128例 ，两个以上椎体 切除减压植骨加钢板内固定 37例 ；单节段椎间隙减压加椎间植骨融合器 l8l例，多节段 49例． 随访 2～l8年， 平均 5．2年。采用 SPSS 10．0统计软件对各术式疗效及融合率进行 x 检验。结果：各术式疗效及融合率无显著 性差异(×z检验 PO．05)。结论：颈椎病前路手术提高疗效的关键操作是彻底减压，因此不应走入依靠几种内同 定及新材料就可提高疗效的误区。 【关键词】颈椎；前路减压；融合 中图分类号 ：R681．5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1004—406X(2005)一02—0069—04 Comparison study of long term folow up results of the several cervical spine anterior decompression and fusion proceduresJZOU Dewei，TAN Rong，MA Huasong，et al／／Chinese Journal of Spine and Spinal Cord。2Oo5，15(2)：69-72 【Abstract】 Objective：To understand the long term folow up results and to discuss the key—point of several anterior cervical decompression and fusion procedures。Method：From August l985 to December 2002，856 cases with cervical degenerative spondylosis were treated in the department，632 cases undergoing anterior decom— pression and fusion procedures．There were single level disc space decompression and fusion in 176 cases，and multiple levels in 6 1．One level partial vertebral removal with two disc space decompression plus bone grafting and plating were c ed out in 1 28．two or more partial vertebral removal with multiple levels decompression plus bone grafting and plating in 37 cases．Single level disc space decompression with cervical spine interbody fusion cage were applied in 1 8 1，multiple levels fusion cage in 49 cases．Al cases were folowed up for 2—1 8 years with an average of 5．2 years．Software SPSS 10．0 and X test were used to deal with the follow up data of curative efects and fusion rates．Result：There were no signifcant diference of curative effects and fusion rates between the diferent procedures．Conclusion：For the cervical spine anterior procedur
