由地景變遷探討惠蓀林場百年經營歷史(1916-2012) 呂俊廷、馮豐隆 摘要: 惠蓀林場原屬南投廳官有林自 1916年8月起劃為日本東北帝國大學農科演習 林，1918年轉交北海道帝國大學農學部演習林，1945年國民政府來台後由林務 局接收，1946年成立第三模範林場，直屬台灣省行政長官公署農林處林務局， 1949年轉交本校前身台灣省立農學院接手改名能高林場，1967年為紀念湯 故校 長乃改名為惠蓀林場，由上述林場歷史可將林場的管理時期大致分為日據時期、 第三模範林場時期以及中興大學管理時期。本研究旨在收集造林地相關資料，如 造林台帳、伐木台帳以及試驗資料等，以及地景圖層，如北海道大學演習林施業 圖、第三模範林場全貌圖以及歷年土地利用型進行地景變遷分析，探討此三個時 期不同經營者其管理方針對於惠蓀林場範圍的地景產生的影響，希望能提供做為 經營管理之參考。 關鍵字:惠蓀林場、歷史、管理、土地利用、變遷 Using landscape change to discuss the management history of Hui-Sum forest station since 1916 to 2005 Chung-Ting Lu and Fong-Long Feng Abstract Hui-Sum Forest Station was subordinated the Nantou Hall official forest, until August 1916, transfer to Tohuko Imperial Universities Agriculture College for practice forest. In 1918, the forest station transfer to Hokkaido Imperial University Agriculture College. Then it had been transfer to Taiwan Forestry Bureau in 1945, the next year The Third Exemplary Forest Station set up. Until 1949, it had transfer to the predecessor of the National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan Provincial College of Agriculture, and renamed Nenkao Forest Experiment Station. In 1967 to remember Hui-Sum Tang the chancellor of National Chung Hsing University, renamed Hui-Sum Forest Station. From the history of Hui-Sum Forest Station we could separate three periods of management time, Japanese occupation period, The Third Exemplary Forest Station period and Chung Hsing University period. The purpose of this study is using the plantation related data (afforest ledger, logging ledger and experiment data) and landscape map (Hokkaido Imperial University, The Third Exemplary Forest Station and ) to analysis the landscape change, discuss the impact to landscape by different operator in this three periods of time.
