With the individual risk , societal risk and potential loss of life as the indicators of appropriate risk capacity of chemícal industry , a risk calculation model is p阳sented 制 well 制 its risk criterion. Meanwhile. the relations between the appropriate risk ca幽 pacity and the production scale of enterprises as well as the transportation amounts are discussed ，创ld it is concluded th创 the enlargement of the production scale of an ente叩rise maybe not increase the risk of the stationary hazards , but can directly increase the risk of the mobile hazards. Furthermore , the specific pro嗣 cedure for the determination of the appropriate risk capacity of the new construction project in the park is presented. Finally , the analysis process of the appropriate risk capacity is illustrated w?th an application example in a certain chemical industry park.
