　　心理咨询培训对女性受训者家庭功能研究的论文 【摘要】 目的：探讨心理咨询培训对女性受训者家庭功能的影响，以及能预测这种影响的相关因素。方法：采用家庭亲密度与适应性量表（facesii-cv）、防御方式量表（dsq）、卡特尔十六种个性因素问卷（16pf）、容纳他人量表（aos），对85名接受心理咨询培训的女性受训者进行培训前后2次测试，调查数据采用spss 13.0进行统计分析。结果：①培训后理想适应性、适应性不满意程度、亲密度不满意程度均较培训前显著下降 (plt;0.05)，平衡型及中间型家庭类型增多、极端型家庭类型显著减少（plt;0.05）。②理想适应性、适应性不满意程度、亲密度不满意程度的下降与dsq、16pf及aos的部分指标呈显著相关（plt;0.05）。③16pf中创造能力强者的人格因素能有效地解释培训前后理想适应性的总变异,dsq中的压抑和容纳他人量表总分能有效地解释亲密度不满意程度的总变异，dsq中的压抑和回避能有效地解释适应性不满意程度的总变异。结论：①心理咨询培训有助于改善女性受训者的家庭功能。②容纳他人量表总分、dsq的压抑、回避以及16pf中创造能力强者的人格因素是预测这种改善的主要因素。 【关键词】 心理咨询；培训；女性；家庭功能；防御机制；人格特质 the effect of psychological counseling training on the family function of trainees fang li, bi jian-qiang, gao dai-lin, et al (shenzhen kangning mental hospital, shenzhen 518020, china) 【abstract】 objective：to explore the effect of psychological counseling training on family function of trainees and to investigate the relative factors of the changes of family function. methods:the chinese version of family adaptability and cohesion evaluation scales-second version (facesii-cv), the defense style questionnaire (dsq ), cattellps 16-personality factor questionnaire (16pf)、the acceptance of others scale (aos)，ale trainees before and after the psychological counseling training. the data ily adaptability and the degrees of unsatisfied family cohesion and unsatisfied family adaptation edian family categories e family category ily adaptability and the degrees of unsatisfied family cohesion and unsatisfied family adaptation had significantly correlations ily adaptability, and the inhibition in dsq and the total scale of aos could effectively explain the total variances of the decrease of unsatisfied family cohesion, ily adaptability.conclusions: ①psychological counseling training could be helpful to increase the family function of female trainees. ②the total score of aos, the inhibition and avoidance in dsq and the personality of strong creativity in 16pf could effectively explain the increase of family function. 【key ale；family
