Our department from February 1995 to February 2010 allergy diagnosis and treatment of abdominal purpura 42 cases, the clinical characteristics of as follows. 1 Clinical data 24 males and 18 females, the youngest 4 years old, maximum 13 years old, 8 to 13 years old accounted for 71.4% of 30 cases, 12 patients under the age of 8, 28.6%. All patients in the course of the disease both before and after the typical purpura. Purpura seen there digestive symptoms in the first 20 cases, accounting for 47.6%. simultaneously in 16 cases, accounting for 38.1%. purpura which occurred in 6 cases of its 14.3%. 40 cases of abdominal pain, gastrointestinal symptoms, accounting for 95.2%. which paroxysmal abdominal pain in 28 cases, accounting for 70% of abdominal pain. 8 cases of abdominal cramps, accounting for 20%. metastatic abdominal pain in 4 cases, accounting for 10%.
