Fabrication method of modeling cyclophosphamide immunosuppressed mice, administration of 10 d, measured mouse peritoneal macrophage ratio, serum hemolysin, spleen lymphocyte proliferation and serum IL-2 levels were observed allicin garlic enzyme on immune function. Results Compared with model group, garlic alliinase enzyme in the middle and high doses can significantly improve the low immunity induced by cyclophosphamide in mice peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate, but also can promote the formation of serum hemolysin and spleen lymphocyte proliferation, high doses can increase levels of serum IL-2. Conclusion garlic enzyme alliinase immune function in mice treated with cyclophosphamide immune protection. MethodsThe IS model in NIH mice were induced by cycolphosphamide: Mice were administered with alliin alliinase for 10 days. The phagocytosis ability of macrophare, serum hemolysin concentration, the spleen lymphcells transformation and the level of IL-2 in serum were measured.Results The results showed that alliin alliinase at the middle and high dose could cause a significant increase of the phagocytic rate, the proliferation of spleenocytees and the serum hemolysin , alliin alliinase at high dose could increase the level of IL-2.
