Methods: The pathology confirmed 19 cases of primary pancreatic cancer, 1 case of pancreatic malignant lymphoma, pancreatic 2 cases of pleomorphic carcinoma and chronic pancreatitis in 5 cases of paraffin-embedded tissue samples, using PCR-SSP assay CK-ras 12 codon and the Rb first exon 21 point mutations. Results: 19 cases of primary paraffin-embedded blocks of onset of pancreatic cancer samples, 7 were CK-ras 12 codon mutation occurred in 36.8%, including 1 case of two mutant forms (GAT, GTT, in 9 cases the first Rb exon 21 point mutation occurred in children, accounting for 47.3%, while in pancreatic malignant lymphoma, pancreatic pleomorphic carcinoma and chronic pancreatitis samples were not detected above the mutation. Conclusion: CK-ras 12 codon 21 and Rb point mutation in exon incidence of pancreatic cancer have a certain relevance.
