Methods 3 cases of congenital pulmonary vein stenosis by Doppler echocardiography were retrospectively analyzed. Results were found in 3 patients 4 pulmonary vein stenosis, 2 cases of a pulmonary vein stenosis, 1 case of two pulmonary vein stenosis and atrial septal defect. Conclusions Doppler echocardiography can be non-invasive, intuitive and effective diagnosis of congenital pulmonary vein stenosis.
