The results with the normal group and sham operation group, model group in the direction of navigation and space exploration in the escape latency time and extend across the platform, reduce the number of cross platform (P lt;0.05); AChE and BuChE in brain tissue increased activity of AChE in plasma and BuChE activity decreased (P lt;0.05), after treatment of dementia Fleabane and improve their ability of learning and memory in rats, cholinesterase activity tends to normal (P lt;0.05). Conclusion fleabane can increase dementia rat memory capacity, tend to promote normal cholinesterase activity.
