Methods established by partial ligation of left renal vein ELV model in rats, in 2 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery derived, were detected by immunohistochemistry VEGF, VEGFR2 expression changes in the epididymis. Results on both sides of the epididymis in rats with ELV VEGF protein expression increased, but the ELV 4 weeks group were significantly less than 2 weeks, ELV 2 weeks group in the rat epididymis VEGFR2 expression than the control group increased, while ELV4 week group compared with the control group and ELV 2 weeks group were significantly decreased. Conclusion ELV of VEGF, VEGFR2 protein expression affected, indicating that VC may be due to male infertility expression of VEGF and VEGFR2 change.
