Methods Unilateral external fixator combined treatment of 29 cases of bone fractures of radius and ulna plate and San Lengzhen nonunion after internal fixation, in which 11 patients with ulnar, radial bone in 18 cases. Results All patients had an average of 16 weeks after the operation (13 ~ 24 weeks) of fracture healing, follow-up of 6 to 23 months, limb wrist elbow and forearm rotation with good function. Conclusion Unilateral external fixator combined grafting for treatment of forearm fractures after internal fixation of nonunion is a simple, trauma and fixation, an effective method with few complications.
