The results identified the optimal conditions for hydrolysis: enzymatic hydrolysis time 150 min, enzyme amount of 5 U / g, hydrolysis temperature is 45 ℃ , hydrolysis initial pH = 5.4. Conclusion enzyme can significantly improve the extraction rate of total saponins from Cornus officinalis.
