Methods: A 1:1 case-control study, using self-designed questionnaire to conduct a survey on access to data and data-processing after a reasonable quantitative univariate and multiple conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results: The incidence of schizophrenia in selected major factor affecting a total of 10: X3 (I degree, OR = 0.337), X6 (mother education, OR = 0.232), X18 (family history, OR = 5.280), X24 (pregnant mother age, OR = 0.278), X39 (birth weight, OR = 0.303), X42 (non-biological parent rearing history, OR = 9.352), X53 (marital status, OR = 5.475), X55 (pressure of work and study, OR = 2.334) , X59 (my temperament, OR = 0.536), X65 (the incident by the history, OR = 2.793). Conclusion: The above 10 factors with the bio-psychosocial   concept of social medicine model for future prevention and treatment of schizophrenia has guiding significance. 【Key Words】 Schizophrenia Currently, schizophrenia become a major threat to people’s health, disease, its incidence was rising trend, to society, the family, the patient has brought enormous economic burden and mental burden.
