High-performance liquid chromatography before and after the Dogwood compatibility with Schisandra loganin gallic acid and the content of schisandrin

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the dogwood and Schisandra compatibility of the two drugs before and after the contents of the main components of variation. Methods using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method were compared before and after the single-fried fluid compatibility, and single-fried Decoction combined solution of the two drugs loganin main components, gallic acid and the content changes schisandrin. Results in a lower percentage of compatibility (≤ 4:4), the Schisandra promote Cornus officinalis loganin dissolution. Decoction of gallic acid, Schisandra alcohol content percentage points in Group A along with the increase of the proportion of Schisandra compatibility decreases linearly, and are lower than a single decoction. Single-fried combined liquid content of these three kinds of components were higher than the same proportion Decoction. Conclusion Combination of the two drugs Cornus Schisandra dissolution of major components will have significant impact, the effect occurred mainly in the boiling process.

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the content variation of main chemical constituents before and after combination of Fructus Corni with Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis. MethodsFructus Corni and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis were decocted with water separately and the separate aqueous extract were combined partly. Different proportions of Fructus Corni with Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis at different proportions were decocted together.
