How to build the internal management system suitable for competition
1. The purpose of internal management
In the corporate in-house we are trying to establish such an order: the ability to market demand and competition to make a quick response than the competition; to more effectively use all company resources (including: financial, personnel, information and equipment); be able to make a timely self-evaluation and reflection; can better promote the work of front-line market operation; able to employees and a continued enthusiasm for work. We will be based on the establishment and operation of these five areas of internal management systems.
Two . Internal management system framework
1. Perspective from outside the internal management system
1.1 from the supplier point of view
Supplier companies will have such requirements: sales, sales growth, of the local contribution for the brand. In order to ensure the long-term to achieve these business goals, the supplier will be the internal management of enterprises to make specific demands:
