Methods Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 reversed phase column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile -0.2% phosphoric acid (12:88) as mobile phase; flow rate of 1.0 mL / min; detection wavelength: 327 nm; column temperature: 30 ℃. Results of chlorogenic acid in the range of 0.051 ~ 0.922 μg good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9, n = 6), the average recovery was 99.04%, RSD = 1.31% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible, simple, oral antiviral compound can be used as quality control.
