The average recovery was 99.8 % and the related standard deviation (RSD) was 1.59% (n = 5). Conclusion This method was simple and accurate and proper, which can be provide for scientific quantitative analysis method of Berberine hydrochloride in shuanghuang xiaoyan Pian and the reduplication of the result was good.
