Methods from 2003 to 2005 collected 390 cases of suspected measles cases serum samples using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection of IgM antibodies against measles, measles-IgM positive cases re-use of measles IgG antibody ELISA assay. The results of measles IgM antibody positive rate was 76.6%, with a pass rate of 34.1% of specimen collection.
