Human plasminogen K5 in vivo inhibition of tumor growth and metastasis of Lewis lung cancer

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 23 Human plasminogen K5 in vivo inhibition of tumor growth and metastasis of Lewis lung cancer 【Abstract】 In vivo study of human plasminogen Kringle 5 (K5) on mice Lewis lung cancer tumor growth and metastasis in vivo. 【Methods】 armpit method of inoculation of tumor cells to establish subcutaneous Lewis lung cancer cells in tumors grown in mice were randomly divided into PBS control group and K5 treatment group, tumor growth was observed in each group, measuring tumor size, preparation of mouse body weight - Time curve and the tumor volume - time curve; excluded patients with established subcutaneous tumors grown spontaneous lung metastasis model of Lewis lung cancer, postoperative PBS were divided into control group and K5 treatment group were observed in each group the number of metastatic tumors in mice lung tissue, lung tissue taken pathological analysis. 【Results】 The tumor growing in the subcutaneous model, compared with control group, K5 treatment group tumor volume in mice - time curve flat, slow tumor growth in tumor mass decreased significantly [respectively (4.57 ± 0.79) g, (1.15 ± 0.31) g, P = 0.006]; in the Lewis lung metastasis model, K5 treatment group lung metastatic tumor nodules in mice the number of group [(15.75 ± 9. 79) months, and (6.60 ± 3.39) months, P = 0.029], as well as lung wet weight was less than the control group, high-powered microscope, the treatment group the number of lung micro-metastasis is less. 【Conclusion】 human plasminogen K5 mice significantly inhibited the growth of Lewis lung tumor, and can inhibit the transfer of Lewis lung cancer cells. Keywords: lung cancer metastasis Plasminogen K5 Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the inhibitory effects of human plasminogen kringle 5 (K5) on the growth and metastasis of mouse Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) in vivo. 【Methods】 To evaluate K5 activity in vivo, the mouse lung cancer graft model was established by injection of Lewis lung car
