 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 17 Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of FEC analysis of 20 cases of breast cancer during pregnancy Abstract [Objective] To evaluate neoadjuvant FEC chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer during pregnancy clinical value. [Method] 20 cases of breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy FEC regimen 3 to 4 cycles after the surgical treatment, post-operative pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining ER, PR and C-erbB-2. [Results] The FEC program of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, 90% of the tumor significantly reduced the primary tumor, 15% complete remission. Axillary lymph node-positive rate has dropped, 33.3% complete remission; ER, PR and C-erbB-2 results with neo-adjuvant chemotherapy before they are not, do not meet the rates were 35%, 25%, 35%. [Conclusion] The use of FEC programs during pregnancy and breast cancer, neoadjuvant chemotherapy can reduce the stage of disease, fight breast-conserving opportunities for sensitive screening of chemotherapy drugs, but also affect the pathological results, ER, PR and C-erbB-2 may also be change.
