CONCLUSION: As2O3 by altering the mitochondrial membrane potential, triggering the U266 cells, mitochondrial apoptosis pathway, leading to the activation of caspase  3 and eventually induce apoptosis in U266 cells; hTERT expression was also reduced As2O3-induced apoptosis in U266 cells, an important role in the mechanism .
