Method MTT method was used to observe the growth inhibitory rate of Raji cells treated with different dose of AS2O3 in vitro. The expression level of p21 and cell cycle was measured by flow cytometry in Raji cells treated with different dose of AS2O3 72h. Results All the treated cells showed significantly decreased proliferation compared with control cells in vitro as detected by MTT method. The cell cycle of Raji cells treated with AS2O3 was arrested in G0/G1 phase and AS2O3 can improve the expression of p21. Conclusion AS2O3 can arrest the cell cycle of Raji cells in G0/G1 phase.
