Methods From June 2005 to June 2007, the Court 33 cases of surgical treatment in patients with pulmonary nodules, preoperative patients were X-ray, chest enhanced CT, fiberoptic bronchoscopy, abdominal B-and brain CT. 25 cases of patients undergoing lobectomy (22 patients with lung cancer underwent carinal and mediastinal lymph node dissection under), 8 cases of benign partial resection of pulmonary lesions. Results All patients with no perioperative mortality. Pathological examinations showed: 22 cases of lung cancer and 11 cases of benign lung lesions. Postoperative follow-up of 28 cases were followed up for 6 to 40 months, an average of 26 months, with no deaths. CONCLUSION The early diagnosis of lung cancer and surgical treatment can prolong the survival period and improve prognosis. The average was 26 months. No one death of them. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of small lung cancer can prolong life span and improve prognosis of patients.
