Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, intestinal I / R group , UTI group, propofol group and combination group, n = 6. lung tissue was measured in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) protein concentration, lung wet weight / dry weight, lung tissue MDA aldehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and ultrastructure of lung tissue. The results compared with single drug combination therapy can significantly improve the ultrastructural changes of lung tissue and reduce the BALF protein concentration, lung tissue MDA, lung wet weight / dry weight, increased SOD activity (P lt;0.05 or 0.01. Conclusion propofol ulinastatin more significantly reduced intestinal I / R lung injury, its mechanism and reduction of oxygen free radicals in lung tissue generation, reduce the permeability of pulmonary capillaries. Results Drug combination obviously improved the changes of lung tissue ultrastructure, decreased the BALF protein concentration, MDA content and lung wet / dry weight, increased SOD activity than single drug (P lt;0.05, P lt;0.01). Conclusions Propofol compounded with ulinastatin can
