Methods The middle-aged self-compiled questionnaire, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Hamilton Depression Scale, General Hospital anxiety and depression scale of 60 cases of hospitalized middle-aged coronary heart disease (study group) and 60 elderly patients with CHD (control group) were analyzed and compared, and t-test and chi-square test. Outcomes research group of patients with psychological problems, mainly for anxiety and depression, anxiety incidence rate of 80 ~ 83.3%, the incidence of depressive symptoms was 58.3 ~ 66.7%; study group patients with anxiety and depression symptom scores were significantly higher than the two groups comparison was significant difference (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion anxiety of middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease, more common and severe depressive symptoms, anxiety is particularly prominent. Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease were assessed with selfmade middleaged questionnaire, HAMA, HAMD, and 60 senile patients with coronary heart disease were controlled. Results The main psychoproblems in study group were anxiety (80 ~ 833%) and depression (583 ~ 667%), which were significantly higher compared with control group (P amp;lt;0.05).
