Methods Alltima C18 column (5 μ m, 150 mm * 4.6 mm); column temperature: 30 ℃ ; mobile phase: methanol 0.1% phosphoric acid (87:13); flow rate: 1 ml / min; detection wavelength: 254 nm. The results of the linear range of emodin 0.096 ~ 0.576 μ g (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.29%, RSD 0.63%; chrysophanol linear range of 0.078 4 ~ 0.470 4 μ g (r = 0.999 8) The average recovery was 100.08%, RSD is 1.52%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, easy to operate, good reproducibility and high efficiency. Detection methods can be used as samples. ResultsThe calibration curve of emodin was linear over the ranges of 0.096μ g ~ 0.576 μ g (r = 0.999 9), average recovery was 99.29, RSD was 0.63%; The calibration curve of chrysophanol was linear over the ranges of 0.078 4 ~ 0.470 4 μ g (r = 0.999 8), average recovery was 100.08%, RSDwas 1.52%. ConclusionThis method is simple, reliable, efficient, and it provides a reliable method for determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Compound Rhubard Granula. Keywords:: Compound Rhubar
