Methods RP-HPLC method, chromatographic conditions: Alltech C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase of methanol-0.02mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (35:65, pH3.8); flow rate of 1.0 ml / min; detection wavelength 310nm; column temperature was 40 ℃. Results Piperazine ferulate 0.06μg/ml ~ 2.5μg/ml concentration range in a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9), low, medium and high concentrations of three kinds of (0.5,1.0,2.0 μg / ml) solution, plus sample recoveries were 98.41%, 99.85,98.65%, RSD were 1.02%, 0.98%, 0.87% (n = 5). Conclusion This method can be sensitive and accurate determination of urine levels of ferulic acid piperazine. Results The linear range was 0.6μg/ml ~ 2.5μg / ml (r = 0.999 9), with the average recovery rate 98.41%, 99.85% and98.65%, and RSD 1.02%, 0.98% and0.87% (n = 5) in correspondence to low, medium and high-concentration solution of PF respectively.Conclusion The concentration of piperazine ferulate in urine can be determined sensitively and accurately by RP-HPLC.
