 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 9 RP-HPLC determination of Kuding tablets of quercetin and kaempferol in the content of [Abstract] Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) determination of Kuding tablets quercetin and kaempferol in the content. Methods Nova  Pak C18 (3.9 mm * 300 mm, 4.0 μ m) for the column; methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid (50:50) as mobile phase; detection wavelength 360 nm; flow rate of 0.7 ml * min-1; column temperature 40 ℃ . The results of quercetin injection volume of 0.012 99 ~ 0.649 6 μ g context, kaempferol sample volume of 0.013 34 ~ 0.667 2 μ g peak area was within the range of a good linear relationship. The average recoveries were 97.03% and 97.34%, RSD were 1.16% (n = 6) and 1.42% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used as Kuding tablets of quercetin and kaempferol method for the determination. ResultsThe linear range of quertetin was 0.012 99 ~ 0.649 6 μ g, the linear range of kaempferol was 0.013 34 ~ 0.667 2 μ g.The average recovery was 97.03% and 97.34%, RSD was 1.16% (n = 6) and 1.42% (n = 6).
