Methods using high performance liquid chromatography paeoniflorin. Use ODS column, paeoniflorin in 0.025mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution - acetonitrile (89:11) as mobile phase; detection wavelength of 230nm. The results of paeoniflorin in the range of 0.07976 ~ 3.988μg a good linear relationship, γ = 0.9999, average recovery was 100.2%, RSD was 2.7%. Conclusions Identification of specific, quantitative method is simple, accurate method can be used in this determination of the quantitative detection of the nose piece comfort.
