Methods: The analytical column was Agillent ODS C18 column (4.6mm × 250 mm, 5μm), mobile phase was methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid (37:63), detection wavelength of 316nm, column temperature is 25 ℃, a flow rate of 1.0ml / min. Results: ferulic acid into the sample volume 0.0232 ~ 0.2552μg a good linear relationship (r = 0.9999), the average recovery was 99.40% (RSD = 1.60%, n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific, reproducible, and can be used for the preparation of quality control.
