Methods HPLC, column for the Lichrospher C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile  water (8:92, V / V), detection wavelength was 203 nm. Assay results of the linear range of 0.108 ~ 1.296 μg, the recovery rate of 96.37%, RSD of 1.78% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used fenugreek Central Plains diosgenin quality control.
