Results: The model group, Glucophage group and the sugar level in the heart, the small dose of myocardial tissue Ang Ⅱ levels and AT1R mRNA expression compared with normal control group was significantly higher (P amp;lt;0.05, P amp;lt;0.01). Sugar, high-dose group and Shinpei captopril myocardial tissue Ang Ⅱ levels and expression of AT1R mRNA than the model group (P amp;lt;0.05, P amp;lt;0.01). Model group, myocardial ultrastructure as compared with the normal control group, myocardial mitochondrial volume increased slightly. Myocardial ultrastructure in all treatment groups compared with the model group has clearly improved.
