Methods BAT  26 microsatellite loci applied PCR  SSCP silver staining method of identification of colorectal adenoma and colorectal MSI status, and detection of TGF  β Ⅱ receptor mutation hotspot cDNA709  718 in colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer in the mutation and its correlation with clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer relationship. The results of this study selected 60 cases of colorectal cancer in the TGF  β Ⅱ receptor mutation rate was 26.7% (16/60), 42 cases of colorectal adenomas in mutation rate was 11.9% (5 / 42), and both occurred with with moderate and severe dysplasia of the late adenomas. In this group 88.8% MSI colorectal cancer exist TGF  β Ⅱ receptor gene mutation. TGF  β Ⅱ receptor mutation with clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer among closely related to its multi-located in right colon, mostly occurs in a large colorectal cancer with MSI, mostly poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, Duke’s A, B patients with a significant proportion of is higher than Duke’s C, D period (P lt;0.05). Conclusion transforming growth factor-β Ⅱ receptor gene mutation-induced loss of TGF  β-cell growth inhibition of tumor response in colorectal adenoma may play an important role in the process, the MSI may be the molecular mechanism of colorectal cancer, and with the large intestine between closely related to the clinical and pathological features of cancer.
