New Zealand School self-management policy
【Summary】 article describes New Zealand since the late 20th century, 80 since the implementation of autonomy for schools (school-based) management policies, including primary and secondary school administration’s history and tradition, the origins of policy change and the idea of the school self-management of the policy content and system design.
