Thesis Keywords: IT teachers classroom teaching effectiveness Abstract: IT is changing the traditional mode of teaching, teachers must keep pace with the times. Primary and secondary school teachers of IT literacy is directly related to the validity of the information technology classroom teaching, the teaching of compulsory education has a vital the role of investigation and description of IT literacy in primary and secondary school teachers, pointed out the problems in the information technology classroom in primary and secondary schools, and proposed recommendations to improve the information technology classroom teaching.
0 INTRODUCTION IT literacy is the ability of teachers’ use of information technology, learning capacity and moral capacity. Including two connotations: ① use of information technology: the ability to use information technology and efficient access to information, to critically evaluate information and creative use of information, ② independent learning ability: With the strong interest in the use of technology and be able to use technology to understand and express the work of others, and the information to conduct an independent inquiry and innovation.
